During winter it is the time where the yin (coldness) is most prevalent in the ebb and flow of the body as well as in the environment. It is the time where we reflect inwards and a true time to restore and replenish our energy, through warmth, movement and true nourishment. “Without the yin, there is not yang. Prenatal Yoga is a holistic approach to your pregnancy and journey to birth. You will learn yoga practices including postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to help increase your awareness, strength and trust in your self and your body to nourish and birth your baby.
Our classes are an opportunity to empower yourself towards an instinctive and calm approach to your pregnancy and birth. This course is suitable for mums-to-be who are at least 12 weeks pregnant.
